Therapeutic & Wellness Specialists offer one-on-one and semi-private personal training for those new to exercise and the individual who has already incorporated exercise into his/her life.  Our Personal Trainers assess exercise history and ability, and then assist you in setting and safely achieving your goals for strength and conditioning, sport-specific activities and/or weight loss.  Since the same Personal Trainer works with you at every session, that Trainer can continue to provide the right motivation, guidance, increasingly challenging workouts, and education.  Additionally, a Physical Therapist is on staff to step in should it be warranted.

Therapeutic & Wellness Specialists is not a mirror-lined, music-pumping fitness center, but a personalized gym centered on you and your goals.  Our Personal Trainers are certified in strength and conditioning by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and believe personal training is for every person at every age at every fitness level.  Our Personal Trainers have played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or semi-professional level and continue to be involved in local sports, competitions and races.
